Mangler's Remote is an active item in The Fredpack, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Can be used at any charge.

While held Grants Isaac a large, slow familiar that breaks rocks and does 5 collision damage.

On use Isaac can use their firing keys to make the familiar move in a cardinal direction.
If Isaac sends the familiar in the direction they're already moving while the item is fully charged, discharge the item and cause the familiar to rush forward, releasing shockwaves on collision with an obstacle.
